Character Name Guidelines
When you reserve and create your character name, please keep these guidelines in mind:

English letters only (special characters such as é or ö are allowed)
One space allowed only
20 characters maximum

Import Character Templates From B\u0026S LIVE
Want to start creating RIGHT NOW? You can use a character template from the B\u0026S LIVE character creator and export it by clicking “Manage Appearance” at the bottom of the creator. Once you are in the NEO character creator, click the same “Manage Appearance” button and load the template. All templates are saved in the Windows default “Picture” folder for both LIVE and NEO. Make sure your templates are placed in the proper location to load correctly in NEO.


Account Character Limits
During pre-launch, players may only create one character. After the launch of the game on February 25, players will be able to create a total of three characters.


Launch Server Information
During the Pre-Launch Character Creation Event, you will also be able to choose your character name and server so make sure to sync up with your friends so you can all play together.
