This video clearly shows how bad of a state Blade and Soul's performance is in compared to a direct competitor, Black Desert. The incompetence of NCSOFT knows no bounds. Their flagship MMO, is basically unplayable, even with specs way higher than the recommended. We as a community have pleaded and begged NCSOFT to do something, but they will not even acknowledge us. Yet somehow they are still making tons of money off of the game in all regions. It's disgusting...
