In World of Warcraft's upcoming expansion, Midnight, players will be able to engage with the Prey system, which is an open-world hunting system for valuable cosmetics. The feature seemed eerily similar to an altogether forgotten feature from Final Fantasy XIV. Coupled with the highly-anticipated housing system, it seems like World of Warcraft is on a mission to everything better than its greatest competitor in the MMO genre.
