2. The nature of the copyrighted materials come from various different sources. The original copyrighted videos are all factual as they are real-time coverage-based events that pertain to the sport of cricket. All copyright material, except the audio, is non-creative fact based material. The audio that is more creative has however been heavily distorted from its original content and has been extremely diluted by the commentary & audio overshadowing it.

3. The amount and substantiality of the portion of the original work(s) used is extremely varied, with no single source being predominant in any capacity in its application towards this video-edit. Heavy reliance is placed on constant blend of fresh images coming from various different sources that all supplement the narrative of the video. No single work is central/peripheral to the final video-edit. All the visuals from many different sources have been used selectively and have undergone heavy aesthetic change.
