This was done on the Classic WoW Beta Servers. The Cap is Currently Level 40

Some interesting things to note.

-Mobs were leashing up to a certain point in the dungeon (3 dwarves)
- If you did not attack a mob for about 8 seconds he would drop aggro on you and reset

I made bug reports for all these issues :)
