In the death knight campaign we need to reform the The 4 Horsemen of the Apocalypse, we manage to get 2 of them Nazgrim and Thoras Trollbane. The 3rd one will be none other then Sally Whitemane, the former High Inquisitor of the Scarlet Crusade.
