Tldr: (IN MY OPINION) snowy is stronger, but rosso pet is currently the second best after her, in niche scenarios where the longer attack reach could be useful maybe he could be better. But ultimately snowy is too OP being a water element pet on top of her defense ignore attacks and high attack pattern execution
